I. Core Parameters
Temperature range: Available in six settings: 1200°C, 1400°C, 1600°C, 1700°C, 1800°C, 1900°C.
Temperature control: Range starts from 100°C, with an accuracy of ±1°C (for models 1800/1900, the accuracy is ±1.5°C).
Heating: For the 1200°C model, use alloy resistance wire (heated on three sides); for models above 1400°C, use silicon carbide rods (heated on both sides).
Temperature measurement: Use K, S, and B type thermocouples in sequence. For the 1900°C model, an optical fiber is added.
Heating rate: Maximum rate of 40°C per minute.
II. Design Features
Structure: Air-cooled double-layer furnace body to prevent the conductive sheet from oxidizing.
Door of the furnace: 180-degree side-opening, with a T-shaped slot for locking, ensuring good sealing and resistance to thermal expansion.
Lining: Vacuum-molded alumina material, lightweight, high-temperature resistant, and excellent heat insulation.
Safety: Dual-loop control and protection, featuring multiple protections such as over-temperature, open-circuit, and phase loss.
Shell: Operating temperature < 45°C.
III. Warranty and Configuration
Warranty: The entire machine is covered for one year. The heating elements and the bottom plate of the furnace are not covered by warranty. However, if any component naturally breaks down within the first three months, it can be replaced free of charge.
Standard equipment: mainframe, crucible tongs, high-temperature gloves, holding plate, instruction manual, certificate of conformity, test report, delivery note.
